50% Advance at the time of order and
rest after completing the project.

disputes are subject to Ludhiana jurisdiction only.

The
terms and conditions and any operational rule given here constitute
the entire agreement between "Om Internet Services" (here
in after referred to as "OIS" for the sake of brevity) and
customer with respect to the services.

Services
includes web designing, hosting, scripting and
software and information services that "OIS" offers,
markets, maintains and supports as of date and all fixes, updates
and upgrade that "OIS" may offer to the customer, However,
the term in this service will cover only those which the customer
has specifically availed.

"OIS"
shall provide service to the customer, in accordance with these
terms and conditions for a period of twelve months from a date of
hosting of product opted for, in lieu of the service charge paid by
the customer at the time of signing this contract form.

The
customer is entirely responsible for any civil or criminal
liability which is incurred as a result of their use of the
web pages.

"OIS"
may discontinue or revise any or all aspects of the service.
Whatever possible "OIS" will strive to give prior
notification of such changes, though "OIS" reserves
the right to do so without prior notice to the customer.

This
agreement is subject to force majored clause.

All
correspondence shall be addressed to Om Internet Services.

The
Customer hereby declares that he has read these terms and conditions
and the contract form completely and that he unconditionally agrees
to abide by these terms and conditions.
